Refund Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

License purchases

Mankai licenses are sold through Freemius, which acts as the merchant of record for checkout. Because this is downloadable, self-hosted software and you receive access immediately, sales are generally final once a license is delivered. Statutory rights that apply in your region (for example the EU right of withdrawal shown at checkout) are honored through the Freemius checkout process. Please skim the features and email questions before you buy.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or mistaken charges: if a checkout glitch bills you twice, or you accidentally buy the same license twice, the duplicate will be reversed.
• Clear billing errors on my side will be corrected.

Professional Setup and Migration

Professional Setup and Migration is invoiced after I review your request. If work has not started, we can cancel the invoice. Once scheduled work is underway, the service fee is non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
