The Mankai calendar is built around how photographers actually schedule: sessions with clients attached, travel and buffer time around them, blocked-off personal days, and the light. Month, day, and list views cover planning the season and running the week.
Click any session and a detail pane opens right there: client, balance, retainer status, and quick actions. No jumping to another screen to answer “is the Carlson shoot paid up?”
Scheduling around the light
Golden hour timing is built into the calendar and every session. Sunrise, sunset, and the golden hour window show for the session date and location, so an evening portrait books itself into the right slot instead of an hour after the light is gone.
Your time stays yours
Block off vacations, editing days, or the kids’ recitals, and public booking respects it automatically. The calendar is the one place where client work and real life get reconciled.
