Documents & contracts

Merge tags, signing, and PDF export

Can clients sign photography contracts online on my own website?

Yes. Mankai, a free WordPress plugin for photographers, fills your contract in from the session (client name, date, total), and clients sign by typing their name in their portal, even during booking. You get a signed PDF with a signing record of who signed, when, and from what IP address and browser.

Contracts protect your business only if they actually get sent, signed, and stored. Mankai document templates fill themselves from the job using merge tags for the client, session, amounts, and dates, so the right contract goes out without find-and-replace in a word processor.

Signing without printing

Clients review and sign in their portal, on any device. The signed copy is stored on the session with the signature details, and both sides can download a PDF whenever they need it.

One library, every document

Model releases, print agreements, wedding contracts, and mini-session terms live in one template library. Attach the right one to each session type and every booking carries its paperwork automatically.

Her name, the date and the place fill in from the session. The client signs by typing her name, and the signed copy keeps who signed and when.
