Mini session contract
This contract is between the photographer named below ("the Photographer") and the client named below ("the Client").
1. The session
The session lasts about minutes and includes edited images.
2. Payment
The session fee of $ is paid in full at booking. The time slot is held only after payment.
3. Refunds and changes
Mini sessions book fast, so fees are not refundable. The Client may move the session once to another open slot with at least days' notice. If there is no open slot, or the Client misses the session, the fee is lost. If the Photographer has to cancel, the Client may take a new slot or a full refund. If the weather is unsafe, the session moves to the rain date, which is .
4. Late arrival
Slots run back to back. If the Client is late, the session still ends at the booked time, and the fee does not change. If the Client is more than minutes late, the session is treated as missed.
5. Delivery
The Photographer chooses and edits the images in their own style, and delivers them in an online gallery within weeks of the session. The gallery stays online for days, so the Client should download them in that time. Unedited files are not delivered.
6. Usage
The Photographer owns the copyright. The Client may print and share the delivered images for personal use, but not sell them or use them for advertising. The Photographer may show the images in their portfolio, website and social media. If the Client does not allow this, the Client writes their initials here: .
7. Children and agreement
A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18 and stays at the session. This contract is the whole agreement, and any change must be in writing.
