Chapter 6 · Contracts, questionnaires and forms

Choose the questions on your inquiry form

Mankai comes with an inquiry form for your website, called the Contact Form.

Here you change its Type of Session choices to the sessions you really offer and write your own thank-you message. The next lesson puts the form on your website.

Step by step

Get there

  1. Move your mouse over Studio in the top bar.

  2. Press Forms.

Set it up

  1. Press Customize fields on the Contact Form card.

  2. Press the Type of Session question in the middle. Its settings open on the right.

  3. Press Answer choices to see the list of sessions visitors can pick.

  4. Press the × beside each choice you do not offer, such as Event and Commercial.

  5. Press + Add choice and type a session you do offer, such as Professional headshots.

  6. Press Settings and write your own Confirmation message, then press Save form at the top right.

    Visitors see this message after they send the form.

You're done when

Your inquiry form now offers your own sessions and thanks visitors in your own words. Next, put it on your website.

If something's not right

Can I add more questions?

Yes. Use the Fields list on the left, the same way as in Make a questionnaire.

I want visitors to land on my own thank-you page

Under Settings, type the page address in Redirect URL (optional). Visitors go there after they send the form.
