Chapter 7 · Booking

Set your studio hours

Your studio hours decide which days and times clients can pick when they book. Set them once, and Mankai only offers times inside them.

Step by step

Get there

  1. Press the gear icon at the top right.

  2. Press Booking.

  3. Press Availability.

Set it up

  1. Turn on the switch beside Saturday.

    A day with its switch off says Closed, and clients cannot book it.

  2. Type your opening time in the first box and your closing time in the second, then press Save settings at the top right.

    Change any other day the same way. To close a day, turn its switch off.

  3. To check, move your mouse over Sessions and press Calendar. Saturday is white like your other open days.

You're done when

Your weekly hours are saved, and the calendar shows your open days. Next, set up golden hour.

If something's not right

Is there another place to change my hours?

Yes. Press Edit availability at the top of Calendar. It opens the same hours in a panel, so a change in one place shows in the other.

I need a day off, or a holiday

Do not change your weekly hours for a day off. Use Block off time instead.
