Free vs Pro
Mankai comes in two versions. Free runs your whole studio: booking, contracts, invoices, galleries and the client portal. Pro adds the tools that save time and bring in more per client. Pick one before you install; you can move to Pro anytime.
Why studios go Pro
Free gets you booked and paid. Pro is about time and money: workflows send the reminders and thank-you emails you would otherwise write by hand, and add-ons, tips and gift cards raise what each client spends. For most studios one extra add-on a month covers it.
How these lessons show Pro
Lessons that need Pro have a small Pro pill next to their title. On Free, you can skip them.
Tell the lessons which version you have
Choose Free or Pro next to Your version at the top of a lesson. Lessons then show only the steps for your version.
You're done when
You know which version you want. Next, check that your site is ready.
If something's not right
Can I start on Free and switch later?
Yes. Your clients, sessions and settings stay when you move to Pro.
I bought Pro. What now?
Install the Pro download and enter your key, as shown in Install and activate Mankai.
