Chapter 13 · Your website
Designing the rest of your website
Mankai does not design your website. Your WordPress theme does that: the header, the menu, the fonts and the colors.
Mankai adds the working parts, such as your booking page and your client portal. This lesson shows where your theme lives and where those pages are.
Step by step
Get there
Press the small arrows button next to the gear. It shows the WordPress menu.
Press Appearance.
See your theme
Look at the theme marked Active. It draws your menu, fonts and colors.
To change the look, press Add Theme and pick one from our recommended themes.
Find the pages Mankai made
Press Pages in the WordPress menu.
Press Mankai CRM System above the list.
These are the pages your clients use. Leave them as they are; Mankai keeps them up to date.
See your booking page
Open
/book/on your website. Your theme frames Mankai's booking page.
You're done when
Your theme draws the look of your site, and Mankai's pages sit inside it. Next, put Mankai on your own pages with Mankai blocks or Mankai widgets in Elementor.
If something's not right
Can I delete the Mankai pages?
No. Your client portal needs them. If you do not want one in your menu, take it out of the menu and leave the page itself alone.
My booking page looks plain
It follows your theme, so a different theme changes how it looks. Choose one from the recommendations page.
How do I link to my booking page?
Add a button or a menu item that goes to /book/ on your site.
