Thank-you reward
A small thank-you makes clients more willing to write about you. Once their shoot is complete, Mankai shows each client a short review form on their session page, and the reward goes out after they send it.

Your Thank-you reward is on. Clients with a completed shoot can send a review from their session page, and the reward goes out when you publish it.
If something's not right
Can a client earn the reward again on a later session?
Not while Once per client is on, which it is by default. Turn it off in the first box if you want to thank every session.
Does the Google review link count as the reward?
No. The Google link sits next to the review form and is never a reward. You set it up in Ask for a Google review.
Pro Extra photos work on Free. A gift card as the reward needs Mankai Pro.
