Ask for a Google review

Reviews on Google bring you new clients. Mankai shows each client your review link on their session page and emails it to them once their gallery is delivered.

Have this ready

  • Your Google review link. In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link.

Step by step

Get there

  1. Press the gear icon in the top bar to open Settings.

  2. Press Testimonials in the Settings list.

  3. Press Google review.

Set it up

  1. Paste your link into Your Google review link.

  2. Under When to send it, type how many days after delivery the email goes out, then press Save settings at the top right.

    Choose a number from 1 to 60. Clients who have already reviewed you do not get the email.

You're done when

Your clients now see Leave a Google review on their session page, and each one gets a single email after their gallery is delivered.

If something's not right

I want to hide the Google invite again

Clear the Your Google review link box and press Save settings. With no link, Mankai shows nothing.

My client did not get the email

The email goes out the chosen number of days after a gallery is marked Delivered. A request that is more than 30 days late is skipped.

Does this give the client a reward?

No. The Google link is separate from the reward. To offer one, see Thank-you reward.
