Chapter 9 · Galleries
What your client sees
When you publish, your client gets an email and a gallery they can pick favorites from. Here you publish one, then follow Matt Adams as he chooses his photos.
Have this ready
- A gallery with photos in it, as in Make a client gallery.
Step by step
Get there
In the top bar, press Galleries.
Press the gallery you want to publish.
Publish the gallery
Turn on Published at the top left.
Press Publish gallery. Your client gets an email saying their photos are ready.
The box above the button is optional. Anything you write there appears at the top of the email.
What your client does
Your client opens their portal and presses Choose your favorites, then Open gallery.
They press the heart on each photo they like.
To say more about a photo, they open it larger, press Note, type a message and press Save note.
When they are done, they press Submit selections, then Send 5 picks.
Once sent, their picks cannot be changed.
The gallery now says We're editing your photos.
You're done when
Your client sees We're editing your photos, and their picks are waiting for you. Next, see the picks and deliver.
If something's not right
My client says they never got the email
Ask them to check their spam folder. They can also sign in to their portal, where the gallery is listed on their home screen.
They sent their picks too soon
Their picks are locked once sent, so ask them in Messages which photos they meant. Nothing is delivered until you deliver it.
