Chapter 10 · Print shop

Choose how prints ship

Tell Mankai whether prints go straight to your client or through you first, and leave a note your clients read at checkout.

Step by step

Get there

  1. At the top right, press the gear for Settings.

  2. Press Gallery in the list on the left.

  3. Press Print shipping.

Set it up

  1. Under Prints ship, choose To you first.

    Choose Straight to your client if your lab ships to their door, or To you first to check each print yourself.

  2. Type a note under Note for clients, such as how long delivery takes.

  3. Press Save settings at the top right.

You're done when

Your clients see your note in their cart and on their order page. Next, see how a client orders prints.

If something's not right

Does this change orders I already have?

No. Each order keeps the choice that was set when your client placed it.
