Chapter 2 · The setup wizard
The two add-on screens
The next two screens offer free add-ons: FluentSMTP, which makes your email arrive, and Koko Analytics, which counts visitors to your website. You do not install either one now.
Step by step
Get there
On Get paid online, press Continue.
Email delivery is marked in the list on the left.
Set it up
Leave Install FluentSMTP alone and press Continue.
The button would open a second tab. Install FluentSMTP and connect your email in Chapter 4 does the whole job.
On See who visits your website, leave Install Koko Analytics alone and press Continue.
Count visitors with Koko Analytics in Chapter 13 sets it up when you are ready.
You're done when
The wizard shows its last screen, Everything look right?, and the pill says Step 8 of 8. Next: Finish and save the wizard.
If something's not right
The card says Switched off instead of Not installed
The plugin is already on your site, so there is nothing to install. Press Continue.
My wizard has no Email delivery screen
Another email plugin, such as WP Mail SMTP, is already sending your email. Mankai does not offer a second one. Carry on with the next screen.
The test email arrived. Do I still need FluentSMTP?
Email from your web host can work at first and still land in spam later. FluentSMTP avoids that, and it costs nothing.
